Auslese is a noble sweet wine of STETTENER PULVERMÄCHER. These grapes are harvested very late for long ripening and a bit of Botrytis. The quality of the grapes is not every year good enough to create a Riesling Auslese.

This wine shows a very ripe aromatic with tones of honey and flowers. It has a high residual sugar which makes him perfect for ageing.
